Beston Shoes Return Policy
Before returning any Items, you must acquire
an RA Number from us. Any return packages without
the RA number will be considered as nonrefundable. We only
issue RA# by email requests, which must include your reason for return, your
email address and phone #, together with an Order ID, the item purchased and the
order date. Your preparation would greatly speed up our customer service
reaction time.

For exchange:

Difference of shoe cost may apply when switching for sizes, colors,
materials, styles.
(2)
For shoes you don’t like or change your mind:
a.
The item should be shipped back to us at your own cost.
b.
Any expedited shipping cost is non-refundable. Any shipping charge for
non-free shipping items is non-refundable.
(3)
For wrong order & defective order you receive:
a.
If you receive a wrong order (color, style, and/or size) at our fault, we
will issue you the return label at our cost.
b.
We will issue you a full refund upon receiving the returns.
c.
We may need some proof of any of the defects claimed, such as pictures.
d.
Any expedited shipping cost is non-refundable.

International Returns: (Outside of the United States)
a.
The buyer has to ship the item back at his/her own cost.
b.
Beston Shoes reserves the right to reject any packages with high duty.
c.
The international shipping fee is nonrefundable.
